Narodna biblioteka „Milutin Srećković“ (the Milutin Srećković Public Library) traces its origins to the Palanka reading room (1869), and has carried its present name since 2012. Besides the main building it has a branch in Azanja, with a reading room, a local heritage and a reference department, and a programme of cultural and educational events.
