Crkva Sv. Kuzmana i Damjana (the church of Saints Cosmas and Damian) is an Orthodox church in the centre of the village of Azanja, dedicated to the holy unmercenaries Cosmas and Damian, built in 1884/1885 (construction finished by 1889). Under state protection — one of the more significant village churches in the municipality.
